Turkey and Wild Rice Soup

2 carrots, chopped

3 celery ribs, chopped

1 small white onion, chopped

1/2 cup white flour

1/2 stick butter

4 cups turkey broth

2 cups wild rice, rinsed and cooked

2 cups white meat turkey, cubed

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup milk

Parsley flakes, salt, and pepper to taste. 

Chop carrots, celery, and onion and saute in butter for five minutes.
Add flour to form a thick rue.
Add turkey broth and stir well.
Add turkey and rice. Stir well.
Add cream. Stir well.
Add milk. Stir well.
Add seasonings to taste. Stir well.
Simmer on low heat for about fifteen minutes. 

Leftover potion(s) freeze well.
